Our Hazelwood necklaces are child-safe and are made with pieces of wood from the hazelnut tree have the unique property of absorbing the excess acid produced in our bodies when it is in contact with our skin. We first bought a necklace to try to help our own youngest's terrible eczema, and to our surprise, it really helped! Her eczema has completely cleared since she's been wearing the necklace (within 2 weeks of initially putting it on)! It only comes back when we take off her necklace and forget to put it back on (oops!) or when the necklace has become saturated with acidity every few months or so which is how we know it did not just go away on its own. When that happens, we put a new one on her and her eczema goes away again within a day or so. It's really quite amazing to witness!
