U pick blueberries
We are now open for U Picks from now until the first of June. We will be open 7 days per week and the hours are 8am to 2pm. daily.
We will have 5 acres open beginning tomorrow, and 5 more acres beginning May 7, with 10 more opening probably the following week, so there should be lots of berries for the month.
Price this year is $20.00 per bucket (which holds 6 to 8 pounds) or $4.00 if you just want a few pounds.
We also have jam, cook books and blueberry aprons for sale this year. As time goes by we hope to add all things "blueberry" for our customers.

This is the First Annual WCM Spring Fling Community Day!
We have planned games and a fabulous egg hunt as well as concessions and vendors, and a 50/50 raffle also. All of this pales in comparison to the pony rides, hay rides, exhibitions, and horse painting activities planned for the day!
We have the following people as contacts for the day and need volunteers to help make it all happen. Students can get community service hours for their effort as well.
This event is raising funds for a local middle school construction project. Our public school education needs our support and the WCM family is here to help. Please spread the word in your community and help make this day a huge success!

EcoFest 2011 is a community event organized by Learning Gate Community School to celebrate the many businesses, organizations, and individuals in the Tampa Bay area dedicated to the principles of sustainability – Ecology, Equity and Economy.
There will be live music, workshops, demonstrations, informational booths, green living products and services. Some local artists, green businesses, environmental organizations, alternative health practitioners, renewable energy specialists, organic farms and gardens with produce. All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and tents.
In addition, we encourage you to become an EcoFest 2011 sponsor to highlight your green brand within the community.
