The 5th Annual Bivouac & Barracks event benefitting the WWII Barracks Museum will be Friday, February 18th thru Sunday, February 20th at the Zephyrhills Airport Restored Barracks Museum on South Avenue. Some of the things you will see are WWII Encampments, Military Vehicles, WWII Battle Re-enactments, Vintage Aircraft, Weapons Demos and much more. On Friday at noon will be a weapons demonstration followed by a Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and Barracks Re-Opening Ceremony. Saturday at noon is a weapons demo, battle re-enactment at 2pm and a dinner menu served from 5pm to 8pm with a USO show beginning at 7:00pm as Bonnie Gray presents “A Tribute to the Andrews Sisters” at the Zephyrhills Amvets at 4645 Airport Road just a few blocks from the Barracks Museum. On Sunday at 11am it’s a Weapons demonstration and a battle re-actment at 1pm. Admission is free to the public. Looking forward to seeing all of you at this great event.
